About the role
You'll work closely with the product, engineering, and founding teams to design experiences for RevRag AI's agents and the products they power. Your work will span everything from understanding user problems and mapping workflows to designing polished interfaces and interactive prototypes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design intuitive UX and UI for AI-powered product experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design experiences for In-App AI Agents, Voice AI Agents, and Generative UI.
- Translate complex BFSI workflows into simple, easy-to-understand user experiences.
- Work on product journeys such as onboarding, KYC, lending, payments, investments, and insurance.
- Build and maintain reusable Figma components and contribute to our design system.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to take designs from concept to production.
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback, usability, and product requirements.
- Create interaction states, edge cases, empty states, error states, and responsive layouts.
- Help improve existing product experiences by identifying usability and UX issues.
- Explore how AI can create more contextual, adaptive, and personalized product experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showing your design thinking and problem-solving, not just polished visuals.
- Comfortable working in Figma and familiar with components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping.
- Hands-on with AI design tools to ideate, generate, and build components faster, for example Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Galileo, Uizard, or similar, and eager to fold AI into your design workflow.
- Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, and layout.
- The ability to simplify complex problems and turn them into clear user experiences.
- Comfortable taking rough requirements and turning them into structured product experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to iterate based on feedback.
Nice to Have
- Interest in AI, fintech, SaaS, or building products.
- Experience with motion, micro-interactions, or design systems.
