Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using RevRag AI's platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RevRag AI's platform, website, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including customers, website visitors, and API users. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. Description of Services
RevRag AI provides an AI agent platform that enables businesses to embed intelligent agents into their applications ("In-App AI Agent") and deploy outbound voice agents ("AI Calling Agent"). Our Services include:
• AI agent configuration and deployment tools
• Analytics and insights dashboards
• SDK for web, iOS, and Android integration
• CRM and CDP integration capabilities
• Customer support and success services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. Enterprise accounts may have additional terms governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TRAI guidelines and RBI mandates
• Transmit spam, unauthorized marketing communications, or harassing messages
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use our AI agents to make calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry without proper consent
• Collect user data in violation of applicable privacy laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Data Processing and Privacy
In providing our Services, we process data on your behalf as a data processor. You, as the data controller, are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to share data with us.
We process the following categories of data:
• User behavior data (clicks, navigation patterns, session data)
• Conversation data (messages between agents and end users)
• Business data (CRM records, user profiles shared via integration)
We maintain SOC2 Type II certification and comply with ISO 27001 standards. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Data residency options are available for Indian enterprise customers in compliance with RBI guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our Services, including our platform, technology, algorithms, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of RevRag AI. Your use of our Services does not grant you any ownership rights.
You retain ownership of all data you input into our platform ("Customer Data"). You grant RevRag AI a limited license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Aggregated, anonymized insights derived from platform usage may be used to improve our Services, provided no individual user or organization can be identified from such data.
7. Service Level Agreement
RevRag AI targets 99.9% uptime for its platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance. In the event of service interruptions exceeding our SLA targets, customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in their respective subscription agreements.
Scheduled maintenance is typically performed during low-traffic windows (2:00 AM - 4:00 AM IST on Sundays) and will be communicated at least 72 hours in advance via email and in-platform notification.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevRag AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to RevRag AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for decisions made by end users based on information provided by our AI agents, and you should not rely solely on our agents for financial, legal, or medical advice.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate their subscription with 30 days written notice. Termination for material breach may occur immediately upon notice if the breach is not cured within 15 days.
Upon termination:
• You will lose access to the Services
• We will retain Customer Data for 90 days post-termination, after which it will be securely deleted
• Export of Customer Data is available upon request within the 90-day window
Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Bengaluru, India.
For customers domiciled outside India, separate governing law provisions may apply as outlined in their Master Services Agreement.

By using RevRag AI's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
