Campaigns Overview & Dashboard
Campaigns let you automate outbound Voice AI calls at scale - upload a list of customers, assign an agent, and RevRag AI handles the rest. Here's how to navigate the dashboard and manage your campaigns.

What are Campaigns?
A Campaign is an automated outbound calling programme. You define the customer list, pick a Voice AI agent, configure a schedule, and RevRag AI places calls on your behalf - retrying unanswered numbers, respecting your calling window, and tracking outcomes for every record.
- Upload customer records via CSV or push them through an API
- Assign any published Voice AI agent to make the calls
- Schedule campaigns for specific times or launch immediately
- Monitor completion rates and individual call records in real time
- Pause, resume, or duplicate campaigns at any point
The Campaigns Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a single view of every campaign - live, scheduled, paused, and completed. Each row shows:
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Campaign | The campaign name you set during creation |
| Campaign ID | A unique ID used for API integrations, debugging, and tracking |
| Status | Current state of the campaign (see statuses below) |
| Agent | The Voice AI agent assigned to make calls |
| Records | Total number of customer records uploaded |
| Progress | Percentage of records processed so far |
| Started | Time the campaign began (or is scheduled to begin) |
| Est. Completion | Projected finish time based on the current call rate |
Campaign Statuses
Every campaign moves through a lifecycle. Understanding each status helps you know exactly what action (if any) is needed.
Campaign has been created but not yet launched. Settings can still be freely edited.
Campaign is fully configured and ready. It will start at the scheduled time or when you click Launch.
Execution is temporarily stopped. No new calls are placed. You can resume at any time without losing progress.
All records have been processed. The campaign is finished and results are available in Analytics.
Campaign Actions
Click the three-dot menu beside any campaign row to access these actions:
Edit
Change campaign settings - name, agent, schedule, retry configuration - before the campaign has launched.
Duplicate
Create a copy of the campaign including its agent, schedule, and parameters. Useful for recurring outreach or running the same campaign against a different record set.
Pause / Resume
Temporarily halt a running campaign. Calls in progress complete normally; no new calls are queued until you resume.
Delete
Permanently remove the campaign and all associated records and call data.
